Who we are
Get The Kids Out is a registered charity in England and Wales (no. 1205956), based at Warrior Building, 20 Chichester Road, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2FQ. We're responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
If you have a question about your information, email [email protected].
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and what you write in your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.
Please don't put details about a child's health or other sensitive information in the form or in an email. If we need them, we'll talk to you directly.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who helps us
This website and its email are managed for us by Roasmith, which receives messages on our behalf so that they can be answered.
Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers messages, and messages are stored in an email account provided by Google. Some of these providers process information outside the UK, under the safeguards set out in their own terms.
Cookies and fonts
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. Cloudflare keeps short-term technical logs to keep the website secure.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To do this, email [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how we've used your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Young people
Our clubs are for children and young people, but this website is for parents, carers and supporters. If you're under 18, please ask a parent, carer or another adult you trust to contact us for you.
