The Co-op's Local Community Fund has awarded Get The Kids Out £2,071 towards summer day trips and activities.
Our plan is to reach 500 families living in the most deprived areas of central Southend: giving young people something positive to do in the holidays, cutting antisocial behaviour, and helping families with food costs.
Thank you to everyone who shops at the Co-op and chooses local causes.
